About The Position

  • Lead the global annual salary and equity budgeting and annual processes
  • collaborating with HR and leadership to develop and communicate total rewards packages to employees.
  • Use analytics to identify global trends in compensation, analyze costs and benefits, and provide insights and action plan.
  • Stay informed on industry best practices and regulatory changes, ensuring our compensation processes remain competitive, attractive and compliant.
  • Manage the communication and collaboration with the payroll department to ensure seamless processing of compensation-related transactions.
  • Collaborate with HRIS specialists to manage, optimize, and ensure data integrity within our HRIS systems


  • Proven experience of 5+ years in compensation and benefits management
  • Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or relevant certifications are a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, market trends, and regulatory requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
